Curbing Service
You have the problem of getting the trash to the curb , then you have to get the empty cans back in the yard and out of the road. Sometimes A storm will push the empty cans down the road. Maby the birds rip open the bags or A hungry racoon decides your cans have the best pickings.

I am expanding my small business and want to establish A good reputation.I currently assist property management with weekly rental properties.Sometimes A guest forgets to curb the trash when they leave.This causes A number of problems for management.Guests checking in see trash left over when they first arrive and get A first impression of disgust and uncleanliness.To complicate this the trash is susceptible to animals picking through the trash and high winds from the beach spreading garbage everywhere.Sometimes the municipality issues citations for unkept garbage issues.
My service Visits the home two to four times A week,depending on the season,and curbs the trash cleans up trash can storage areas,picks up litter from the roadside,and returns the cans to the property storage areas and monitors municipal issues.
Another service is garbage clean up after an event such as A wedding or party.Clean up is limited to outside trash and litter and whatever property management requests.And can include removal of event trash at A slightly higher cost (includes truck,labor and disposal fees).
Basic service
Includes two to four visits to the home every week,placing the cans at curbside and removing from curbside the next day,removal of litter every visit,clean up of can storage areas,re-bagging of spilled garbage.
Basic service is weekly charge as needed and billed every two weeks.
Gold service
Includes Trash cans provided by Special Services.Biz as specified by municipality.Clean up from animals and storms.Discounted event clean up.Clean up of dunes on beach front properties once A month.litter clean up of entire yard every visit.Two to four visits to the home every week,placing the cans at curbside and removing from curbside the next day,removal of litter every visit,clean up of can storage areas,re-bagging of spilled garbage.
(Gold Service is monthly subscription)
For subscribers of curbing services we will take the cans to the curb , replace the cans to the storage area , clean up litter from wind or small animal picking and, treat the can storage area for fire ants. Litter along the roadside will be cleaned up as needed. Cans displaced after A wind storm will be located and placed back on the property at no charge.
